Work on balance, strength and flexibility on our state of the art Reformers, Cadillac and Chairs. Class size maximum is 6 people per class for individualized attention.
Private Reformer & Equipment
One hour devoted entirely to you. Work one-on-one with one of our certified Pilates instructors with a fitness program that is designed specifically for you.
Semi-Private Instruction
Pick your favorite exercise partner and come in for a semi-private workout with one of our highly skilled and certified Pilates instructors.
Mat Class
This class focuses on the fundamental work of Joseph Pilates. Excellent for individuals new to the Pilates work and for those searching to strengthen their knowledge of personal body dynamics.
Cardio Pilates Infusion Classes
Get your heart rate racing as you use Pilates props to strengthen and tone. Alternate doing high intensity cardio exercises, coupled with targeted weight training, Fitball work, stability disk moves, foam roller exercises and much, much more. This class is a killer!
Ski Conditioning
Bring the powder on! Take this hour class and get ready for the slopes. You will get your heart rate up, your thighs and legs in the best shape of your life and you’ll be guaranteed to beat your partner down the mountain. Après skiing after class is optional.
Abs/Gluts Class
Hour of Power Abs. You will be guaranteed to feel those abdominals the next day after you take this hour class concentrated on targeting your mid-section.

Intro-Reformer
This Reformer class is a one hour session designed for the beginner Pilates student who has never taken a Pilates class before, but has completed 5 privates. This class will cover the most basic exercises to familiarize you with the reformer.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is one of our favorite new additions to the studio! As we challenge each other in this hour of fun, you will build strength, increase flexibility, endurance, and build confidence. After you have worked with Alex punching bags and pads as well as kicking, you will be hooked!
Bikini Bootcamp

This 4 week program combines Pilates, Kickboxing, and Personal Training. As these skilled trainers work your whole body you will not only feel the difference, but you'll have the numbers to prove this hard work payed off!!!
Bootcamp Class
This hour long class is a combination of Plyometrics, Circuit Training, weights and more. Come join the fun and be prepared to feel all your hard work the next day!
Advanced Boxing
This is an advanced class for people that have previous Kickboxing experience. In this hour long class you will build your defense techniques and strategies while also getting a fun and challenging workout!
Mighty Medicine Ball Cardio Strength Class
This hour long class is an intense combination of weight training with the medicine ball and it will get your heart rate up with many aerobic moves.
Advanced/Intermediate Reformer & Equipment Classes
This hour long reformer class is designed for the intermediate to advanced pilates student.
